At Property Nation, we wake up every morning for you, the homeowner. We saw that the real estate industry was lacking heart, and homeowners were being taken advantage of. So we decided to create a company that was very different from the rest.

Keron Howe of Property Nation

Keron Howe

CEO & Co – Founder

Keron Howe is a co-founder and the visionary of Property Nation.

He ensures that the team and company stay on track to meet its goals by constantly striving to improve each part of the business whether it be sales, marketing or processes so that Property Nation delivers excellent service to its clients.

Previously, he was a mechanical engineer at Motorola Inc., designing cell phones and was part of the design team that worked on the first Android platform phones.

An avid learner, he has learned to speak Spanish and spends most of his free time traveling and experiencing new cultures.

Gabriel Uzcategui

Inside Sales Manager

With more than 10 years of experience in the contact center business Gabriel Uzcategui is our Inside Sales Manager. He is also the head of the Quality Assurance Campaign as well as the Recruiter and Trainer for the department.

Gabriel is passionate about Coaching, Mentoring, and Motivating Salespeople. Uniting the entire department to work productively towards fullfilling company goals is his specialty.

He likes to spend his free time with his family and friends.

Transaction Coordinator

Shirkeela Rolle is the Transaction Coordinator/ Office Manager at Property Nation. She is focused on coordinating, assisting and informing all parties in a transaction so the closing process is smooth and hassle-free.

Before life at Property Nation, Shirkeela was a manager for more than 12 years in the restaurant industry, where she recruited, supervised and trained staff.

When she is not glued to her computer, she spends her time as an active member of her church and community helping the youths of her neighborhood. She is an active member of her Ministry’s Praise Team and helps organize Community Outreach Events.

Transaction Coordinator

Born and raised on the North Shore of Long Island. I attended the University of South Carolina where I double majored in criminal justice and business administration. I Started my career at Merrill Lynch in 1994, where my licenses included stocks, bonds, insurance and estate planning. I spent 16 years in the financial services industry with Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Advisors. After starting a family in 2008, I opened my own company buying and selling distressed property for 9 years. In June 2020 I joined Property Nation as Investor Relations Manager. In my career I have participated in over 100 real estate transactions. Personally I am a proud mom to a 13 year-old son. I live in Parkland Florida. My passions are real estate, tennis and animal rescue.
